About the Role:

This position is tailored for a seasoned bookkeeper who has a knack for preparing a range of client files, facilitating the Accountants in compliance functions. Your core tasks will involve:

  • Month-end financial compilations
  • Reporting for multiple company groups
  • Managing credit card and petty cash reconciliations
  • Submitting BAS and PAYG
  • Overseeing invoice operations
  • Administering superannuation and payroll
  • Conducting bank reconciliations and overseeing the general ledger

Your Profile Should Showcase:

  • Appropriate academic and professional qualifications.
  • A minimum of 3 years in bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in income tax, GST provisions, and other essential statutory regulations.
  • Stellar client relationship management capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in client interactions.
  • Robust organizational abilities, coupled with multitasking prowess.
  • Aptitude to resolve challenges and adhere to tight schedules.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, underscored by an outstanding customer service attitude.
  • Comprehensive computer skills, especially in accounting software tools.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude is non-negotiable.
  • Legally eligible to work in Australia, with a preference for full Australian residency.
