Job Title: Post Graduate Civil Engineer 2-3 Years Experience

We are a well-established civil works company with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Based in Sydney, we specialize in a wide range of civil projects, including sub-divisions, industrial developments, carparks, road and drainage works, concreting, infrastructure, and remediation. Our company is known for its comprehensive project management approach, prioritizing safety, quality, and environmental management.

Responsibilities:

As a Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the project team to assist in project planning, design, and execution.
• Reading and interpreting civil engineering plans.
• Preparing and reviewing reports such as Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), pre-starts, and pre-requisites.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems.
• Contributing to project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and drawings.
• Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Assisting in the resolution of technical issues and providing technical support to the project team.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• A degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in site engineering Sydney sub-Contractor Market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
• Experience working with Integrated Management Systems.
• Previous employment history working for an ISO Qualified sub-contractor is desired.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans.
