Your Role in Our Vision

As a cornerstone of our team, reporting to the Senior Manager will be integral. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their success and growth.
  • Overseeing assignments, reviewing progress, and mentoring junior staff.

Are You the One We’re Looking For?

  • Holding or currently pursuing a CA/CPA certification.
  • Proficiency in using Xero Practice Manager is a must.
  • A track record of at least 5 years in an established Australian CA or CPA setting.
  • Deep understanding of income tax, GST regulations, and familiarity with other pertinent legislative frameworks.
  • Proven prowess in building and fostering client relationships.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience, particularly in guiding junior team members.
  • Robust communication capabilities, both written and verbal, with a history of active client interactions.
  • Innovative problem-solving aptitude with an ability to navigate intricate challenges.
  • A detail-oriented approach paired with exemplary customer service instincts.
  • Advanced computer skills, including familiarity with diverse accounting software.
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in Australia; preference for full residency.
